Altitude Group is seeking an energetic outside sales professional to grow with our team. You will train in both online classrooms and hands-on, working in your assigned territory to offer supplemental insurance products to small and mid-sized businesses and their employees.

You will meet with owners and decision-makers, build your book of business, and target monthly and quarterly goals. We value ownership, growth, and service, and provide ongoing development and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or ≥4 years outside sales experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Must be able to work a full-time schedule (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Sell supplemental insurance products to small and mid-sized businesses and their employees.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to present products.
• Maintain and grow your own book of business and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
