Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Texas is hiring an entry-level Territory Sales Representative to drive growth by introducing supplemental insurance solutions to small and medium businesses. You will receive comprehensive training and autonomy to manage your own schedule and travel within your territory.

You will engage with business owners, present product value, and build a growing client portfolio while hitting monthly targets with support from your sales manager and team.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years post-high school sales/athletic experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquire leads and grow client network using Salesforce CRM.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate on monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and report to manager.
• Record daily activity and sales metrics.
