Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry‑level Territory Sales Representative to drive our supplemental insurance program with small and mid‑sized businesses. You will receive comprehensive training, build your client portfolio, and develop a local presence through in‑person meetings and presentations.

The role emphasizes direct outreach, relationship building with business owners, and performance‑based growth.

Qualifications

• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs of potential and existing clients.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager; track activities daily.
