Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain; course provided; fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years work experience in sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales team and manager.
• Visit new businesses to develop relationships and follow up on referrals.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
