Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level territory-based sales representative to drive growth across local businesses. You will receive comprehensive training to sell top-tier supplemental insurance, manage your schedule, visit clients, and hit monthly targets.

The role emphasizes autonomy, ongoing professional development, and advancement opportunities within a supportive team. Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance license, or be willing to obtain with company support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required or considered.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build client portfolio.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Collaborate with sales team to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit to manager.
• Record daily sales activity and progress.
