Qualifications

• Background check (pre-employment) required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided, licensing fees reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand client base within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners; follow up on referrals.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity; collaborate to set targets.

Education

Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience
