Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a territory-based sales representative. This entry-level role includes comprehensive training to reach small and medium businesses and introduce top-tier supplemental insurance solutions to owners and their workforce.

You will engage decision-makers, deliver product showcases to groups of 50–100+, and manage your own schedule while growing your client portfolio across a dynamic territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and follow up on leads.
• Plan weekly schedule, track sales activity, and meet monthly targets.
