Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; consideration for candidates close to degree completion or with relevant sales background
• Active driver's license and transportation required
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license (training provided)
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your territory
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs
• Attend calls and meetings with sales team
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly/quarterly targets
• Plan weekly schedule and submit to manager
• Record daily sales activity and outcomes
