Allegiant Business Group is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative for a local territory where you will meet business owners in person and build your book of business as an independent contractor. Schedule is flexible, and you control your calendar while pursuing results-driven earnings.

You will learn to present benefit options, follow a sales playbook, and receive licensing support to obtain Health & Life general lines license within 90 days, plus ongoing coaching and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (we use Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals, follow up on leads, and build your own book of business.
• Work with your mentor and manager to set weekly and monthly goals.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
