Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative for local, face-to-face territory work. This outside, independent contractor role lets you set your schedule while building a personal book of business by meeting business owners and employees in market.

We teach you the sales playbook, provide licensing support (Health & Life license within 90 days), and offer commission-based earnings with weekly draw options.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor role with flexible scheduling.
• Licensing support to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days.
• No prior insurance experience required; training provided.
• Outside, territory-based sales to business owners and employees.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals, follow up on leads, and build your own book of business.
• Work with your mentor and manager to set weekly and monthly goals.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
