Allegiant Business Group is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our local territory team. In this entry-level role, you will meet business owners and employees in person, present benefit options clearly, and guide clients through their coverage choices.

You’ll learn our sales playbook, build a personal book of business, and earn based on performance. You’ll receive hands-on field training, licensing support to achieve Health & Life general lines license within 90 days, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain Life & Health license within 90 days.
• No prior insurance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals, follow up on leads, and build your own book of business.
• Work with your mentor and manager to set weekly and monthly goals.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
