Allegiant Business Group in the local market seeks an entry-level Sales Representative to meet business owners and employees in person. This outside, territory-based role offers independent contractor status with schedule freedom and the chance to build your own book of business.

You will learn to present benefit options clearly, earn commissions, and grow with coaching and ongoing training. Licensing support helps you obtain your Health & Life general lines license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers in person.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and follow up on claims guidance.
• Track activity and client data in CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals and build your own book of business.
• Work with mentor to set weekly and monthly goals.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
