Qualifications

• Outside, territory-based sales experience preferred or demonstrated ability to work in a local market.
• Willingness to work as an independent contractor with a results-driven pay model.
• Ability to build relationships with business owners and employees in person.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and guide them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity and client info in Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect for referrals and build your book of business.
• Set weekly and monthly goals with mentor/manager.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
