Allegiant Business Group is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative for an outside, territory-based role conducted in person with business owners and employees. This independent contractor position offers scheduling freedom as you build your market, with hands-on training and licensing support to obtain Health & Life licenses within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals, follow up on leads, and build your own book of business.
• Work with your mentor and manager to set weekly and monthly goals.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
