Allegiant Business Group is seeking an entry‑level Sales Representative to cultivate relationships with local business owners and employees in person. This is an outside, territory-based role as an independent contractor with schedule freedom and real earning potential.

You'll learn our sales playbook, present benefit options clearly, build a book of business, and work with a mentor to achieve weekly and monthly goals while receiving hands-on coaching and licensing support.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (we use Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals, follow up on leads, and build your own book of business.
• Work with your mentor and manager to set weekly and monthly goals.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
