Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative to meet business owners and employees in person in a local territory.

As an independent contractor, you will control your schedule, learn our sales playbook, and build a personal book of business while earning through commissions and weekly draw.

No prior insurance experience is required—licensing support, Health & Life general lines licensing assistance within 90 days, and ongoing coaching are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Aptitude for building long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments with decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and assist with follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client information in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals, follow up on leads, and build your own book of business.
• Work with your mentor and manager to set weekly and monthly goals.
