Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to build your own book of business in a local territory. You’ll meet business owners and employees in person, present benefit options, and guide coverage decisions as you develop your client base.

You’ll receive hands-on field training, licensing support to pursue Health & Life license within 90 days, and ongoing coaching. This is an independent contractor role with a flexible schedule and uncapped earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Be coachable, energetic, and eager to learn.
• Enjoy talking to people and forming genuine connections.
• Able to manage time, set priorities, and follow systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and assist with follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client information in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals, follow up on leads, and build your own book of business.
• Work with your mentor and manager to set weekly and monthly goals.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
