Qualifications

• Entry-level sales role focused on meeting business owners and employees in person.
• No prior insurance experience required; training provided.
• Must have reliable transportation and professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals, follow up on leads, and build your own book of business.
• Work with your mentor and manager to set weekly and monthly goals.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
