Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Texas seeks an entry-level Territory Sales Representative to drive outreach to small and mid-sized businesses. You will introduce top-tier supplemental insurance solutions and handle a mix of one-on-one and group presentations, backed by a robust training program.

You'll operate with autonomy to manage your schedule, visit local businesses, and grow your client portfolio across the territory while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Active pre-employment background check is required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
• Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state, or willingness to obtain (training and licensing fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads, build your network, and grow your client base within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs of potential and existing clients.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, cultivate relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience
