Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level territory-based sales representative focused on introducing top-tier supplemental insurance solutions to small and medium-sized businesses and their workforce. You will engage in one-on-one discussions and group presentations, with comprehensive training provided.

You’ll manage your own schedule, visit local businesses, and work with a sales team to achieve targets while advancing professionally in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; consider near-degree candidates
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain
• Pre-employment background check required

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your network
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with owners
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio
• Help set monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team
