Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a driven, entry-level Territory Sales Representative to introduce supplemental insurance solutions to small and mid-size businesses. The role emphasizes direct engagement, comprehensive training, and opportunities for advancement.

You will contact decision-makers, perform product showcases to groups of 50–100+ people, and manage your own territory with autonomy over scheduling and travel.

Qualifications

• Background check clearable
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand network
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on leads
• Build and nurture a client portfolio
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with manager
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager
• Record daily sales activity and stats
