Qualifications

• Background check conducted prior to employment.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willingness to obtain; course provided and fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates near degree completion or with relevant sales/athletic background may be considered)

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule, submit hours to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience
