Halter is revolutionizing grazing, changing lives, and transforming an industry.

  • Managing pipeline and meeting sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining long‑term customer relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
  • Providing customer onboarding support and acting as the primary point of contact during implementation.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams—Product, Support, Customer Onboarding—to resolve issues.
  • Attending industry events such as CattleCon and local livestock association meet‑ups.
  • Contributing feedback to refine the U.S. sales strategy.
You’ll be great if you exhibit
  • Driven attitude and strong communication skills in high‑stakes environments.
  • Experience in ranching or cattle operations, understanding industry challenges.
  • Proven sales and customer success expertise with a focus on value‑based conversations.
