  • Customer Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers post‑sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and support.
  • Territory Ownership: Own a full territory, ensuring every potential opportunity is explored and relationships with local, state, and federal stakeholders are cultivated.
  • Customer Onboarding: Own the end‑to‑end onboarding experience, coordinating handoffs from sales to implementation while ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Field Learnings & Feedback: Serve as the primary point of contact for gathering customer feedback and advocating for product improvements.
  • Collaborating with Support Teams: Partner with support and technical teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
  • Attending Industry Events: Represent Halter at industry events to generate leads and deepen existing customer relationships.
  • Contributing to the U.S. Sales Strategy: Work with the broader team to optimize and evolve the sales process for the U.S. market.
