Job description

About Halter

At Halter, we’re on a mission to enable farmers and graziers to run the most productive and sustainable operations. Our customers use Halter to break free from the time‑intensive constraints of conventional practices, watching hundreds of cattle move calmly toward their next break without quad bikes, dogs, or fences. We’re backed by Tier 1 investors including Founders Fund, Bessemer Venture Partners, BOND, DCVC, Blackbird, Promus Ventures, Rocket Lab’s Peter Beck and Icehouse Ventures. We invite you to learn more on LinkedIn and Instagram.

  • Providing ongoing account management and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Owning territory operations, meeting stakeholders from local, state and federal agencies.
  • Leading customer onboarding and ensuring smooth product deployment.
  • Collecting field learnings and feedback to drive product improvement.
  • Collaborating with support teams to resolve customer issues quickly.
  • Attending industry events for lead generation and relationship building.
  • Contributing to the US sales strategy by sharing insights and best practices.

  • Territory management experience, ideally in agriculture or technology.
  • Problem‑solving & collaboration skills: quick‑thinking and cross‑functional teamwork.
