Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager in the United States to drive new business growth and ensure customer success within your designated territory. You will execute sales strategies, build strong ranch-level relationships, and meet ambitious growth targets while representing Halter on the ground.

This role requires in-field visits to auctions and livestock events, expanding opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer

Qualifications

  • Experience in ranching or cattle operations; understands industry challenges.
  • Proven sales and customer-success track record in B2B environments.
  • Experience managing large territories; agriculture or technology background preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territory.

  • Prospecting new business by attending local cattle auctions, livestock associations, and industry events.
  • Conducting in-field sales visits, demonstrating Halter solutions, and building relationships at the ranch level.
  • Expanding existing opportunities and up-selling within the current customer base.
  • Managing the sales pipeline and hitting quarterly sales targets.
  • Providing dedicated account management and ensuring customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Owning the territory, maintaining relationships with local, state, and federal stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with support and onboarding teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with product and engineering.
  • Representing Halter at industry events and building market presence.
  • Contributing to the U.S. sales strategy and process improvement.
