  • In‑field sales: engage potential customers on ranches, discuss the value of Halter, and provide on‑site product demonstrations.
  • Expanding existing opportunities: identify and pursue upsell possibilities with current customers.
  • Hitting sales targets: manage a pipeline, qualify leads, and close deals to achieve quarterly goals.
  • Customer account management: maintain relationships after sale, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, support, and smooth handoff to onboarding teams.
  • Territory ownership: cover the entire territory, engage high‑level stakeholders and maintain a presence in local, state and federal agricultural groups.
  • Customer onboarding: oversee the end‑to‑end onboarding and deployment experience for new customers.
  • Field learnings & feedback: gather customer insights to advocate for product improvements.
  • Collaboration with support teams: resolve customer issues in partnership with other Halter teams.
  • Attending industry events: represent Halter at relevant events to generate leads and deepen relationships.
  • Contributing to US sales strategy: provide input to optimise the sales process for the US market.
You’ll be great if you exhibit
  • Driven attitude & communication skills: results‑driven, motivated, adaptable, and proactive.
  • Ranching/cattle experience: understanding of the industry’s challenges.
  • Sales & customer success expertise: history of creating new business, negotiating value‑based conversations, and building long‑term relationships.
  • Territory management experience: managing a large territory with balanced focus on sales and customer success.
  • Problem‑solving & collaboration ability: resourceful and quick‑thinking in cross‑functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel: frequent travel within the territory.

  • Competitive remuneration package, including salary, benefits and an employee stock ownership plan.
