Alleviation Enterprise is expanding its sales team, offering immersive training and mentorship in your designated Arizona territory. You will engage with business owners and employees to present high-quality supplemental insurance solutions, from one-on-one consultations to group presentations.

No prior sales experience is required; we provide the right candidate with hands-on coaching, ongoing development, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; training provided.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Licensing course provided; state licensing fees reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships with owners and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and submit weekly schedules and track daily activity.
