Alleviation is expanding its sales team, offering immersive training with mentorship in your territory. No prior sales experience is required; we mold the right candidate and empower you to own your local domain, engaging with business owners to introduce high-quality supplemental insurance solutions.

You will conduct consultations and group presentations, aiming to build your own client portfolio while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post‑high school work experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and follow a weekly schedule; submit it to the manager weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity daily.
