Alleviation Enterprise is expanding its sales team in Texas, offering immersive training blending online learning with hands-on mentorship in your territory. No prior sales experience is necessary; we’ll mold the right candidate to succeed.

You will engage with business owners to introduce high quality supplemental insurance solutions, from one-on-one consultations to group presentations, building your client portfolio and contributing to team targets.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal skills to build connections quickly.
• Passion for helping others with a sales or athletic background.
• Clear goals, positive attitude, and optimistic outlook.
• Quick thinking with strong situational awareness.
• Willingness to learn, good time management, ability to work independently.
• Background in competitive sports or coaching is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with clients to understand needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships, follow up on referrals, reservice clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
