Alleviation Enterprise is expanding its sales team, offering a program that blends online learning with hands-on mentorship in your designated territory. No prior sales experience is required, and we’ll train the right candidate to lead local business development.

You’ll engage with business owners and employees to tailor high-quality supplemental insurance solutions, from one-on-one consultations to group presentations, building your own client portfolio while meeting monthly and quarterly

Qualifikationen

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.

Aufgaben

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships and reservice existing clients.
• Record daily sales activity and update stats.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit it to your manager.
