No prior sales experience is required; we tailor the right candidate and empower you to engage with business owners and employees about high‑quality supplemental insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Background check clearance required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (sales or athletic background ok).
• No prior sales experience required; candidate will be trained.

Responsabilités

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses and build relationships with owners.
• Grow and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit hours weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
