Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is expanding its sales team aimed at individuals who crave autonomy, balance, and growth opportunities. In this role you’ll participate in immersive training blending online learning with hands-on mentorship within your territory.

No prior sales experience is required; we’ll mold the right candidate. You’ll engage with local business owners and employees to introduce high-quality supplemental insurance solutions, from one-on-one consultations to group presentations.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit it each week.
