Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to join our growing team in the United States. You will engage small and medium-sized business owners, set up meetings, and present our Insurance solutions tailored to each client.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, daily activity tracking, and hitting monthly targets. We provide virtual and in-territory training, weekly draw pay with bonuses, and clear paths for advancement as you develop your own book of business.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Must be willing to obtain Health & Life producer license or already licensed.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in assigned territory, meeting with business owners and decision-makers.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients needing to be re-serviced.
• Set follow-up appointments and present Altitude's Insurance solutions.
• Maintain your own book of business and submit sales metrics daily.
• Collaborate with sales team and manager to plan monthly/quarterly targets.
