Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to engage small and mid-sized business owners in your territory. You will conduct cold outreach, set up face-to-face meetings, and present Altitude's insurance products in ways that fit each client’s needs.

Success comes from building trust, developing relationships, and balancing team collaboration with individual achievement. Training is provided, with a focus on growth and advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Candidates who are natural communicators and can build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Career growth in a team-supported environment with shared success.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life producer license if not already licensed.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in assigned territory, meeting with small to medium businesses.
• Call on owners and decision-makers to present insurance solutions.
• Set follow-up appointments and manage prospects and existing clients.
• Maintain your own book of business and track activity daily.
• Collaborate with team and manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
