Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach to small and medium-sized business owners within a defined territory. You will cold call, schedule in-person meetings, and present insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional outside sales experience.
• Health & Life license (or willingness to obtain) required or preferred.
• Able to work in assigned territory and engage decision-makers.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life producer license; licensing reimbursement offered.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in your assigned territory with SMBs and decision-makers.
• Conduct cold calls and set up face-to-face meetings.
• Present Altitude's Insurance solutions to clients and employees.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets with the sales team.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
