Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach across a defined territory. You will engage with small and medium-sized business owners, conduct cold calls, and arrange face-to-face meetings to present Altitude's insurance solutions, building a personal book of business while supporting a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional sales experience.
• Health & Life general lines license or willingness to obtain (licensing reimbursement provided).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and owners.
• Ability to handle cold calling and face-to-face meetings within a territory.

Responsibilities

• Engage with small and medium-sized business owners and decision-makers in your territory.
• Conduct cold calling, set up face-to-face meetings, and present insurance solutions.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals with the sales team manager.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and benefits managers.
• Set your own scheduled working hours and coordinate with your manager.
