Zusammenfassung

Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach to small and medium-sized business owners in your assigned territory. You’ll cold call, schedule face-to-face meetings, and present Altitude's insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

You’ll build relationships, balance teamwork with individual targets, and grow your personal book of business while benefiting from training, licensing reimbursement, and a supportive, family-like culture.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and rapport-building abilities.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team while achieving personal targets.
• Experience in or willingness to obtain Health & Life license.

Aufgaben

• Respond to client inquiries and emails as part of outreach campaigns.
• Set follow-up appointments with prospects to review needs.
• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to discuss insurance solutions.
• Develop and maintain a personal book of business and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity to the sales manager daily.
