Altitude Development Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach within your assigned territory. You will engage small to medium-sized business owners and decision-makers, conduct cold calls, set up face-to-face meetings, and present Altitude's insurance solutions tailored to each client.

You will build your own book of business, balance cold and warm leads, and participate in ongoing training and development while enjoying a flexible, team‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Health & Life producer license.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional work experience in outside sales.

Responsabilités

• Call on small to medium-sized businesses in your territory to offer supplemental insurance products.
• Set up face-to-face meetings and present solutions to owners and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain your own book of business with regular follow-ups.
• Track sales activity and submit metrics daily; work with the sales team to hit targets.
