Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate in the United States. You will independently manage a designated sales territory, building relationships with business owners and decision-makers while presenting Altitude's insurance solutions.

Expect autonomy in day-to-day planning, a focus on proactive outreach, and opportunities to drive your own success. You will be trained with virtual classrooms and hands-on field work, with weekly draw pay and potential bonuses based on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience in outside sales.
• Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain Health & Life producer license) with licensing reimbursement offered.
• We do not use AI in our recruiting/interview process and value independence and self-motivation in candidate.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow relationships with business owners and decision-makers within your designated territory.
• Conduct cold calls and in-person meetings to present Altitude's offerings.
• Set your own scheduled working hours and submit them to your sales manager each week.
• Meet monthly and quarterly target sales goals and quotas.
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily.
