Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach, generate new business, and deliver tailored insurance solutions to small and mid-sized companies. You will own a territory, conduct outreach, and build relationships with business owners and decision-makers while meeting sales targets.

The role emphasizes self-motivation, strong communication, and readiness to learn through virtual and in-person training.

Responsabilités

• Outside sales in your own assigned territory, calling on small and medium-sized businesses.
• Offer supplemental insurance products and services to business owners and employees.
• Meet with owners and key decision-makers, sometimes in-person or in groups of up to 50–100 people.
• Set follow-up appointments, manage your book of business, and track sales activity daily.
