Altitude is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate to drive outreach to small and medium-sized business owners within your territory. You will cold-call, set up in-person meetings, and present Altitude's insurance solutions tailored to client needs.

Your success relies on relationship-building, persistence, and a team-first attitude. You’ll be trained with virtual classes and hands-on field coaching, with licensing reimbursement offered.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Experience in outside or inside sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mine and develop a book of business within an assigned territory.
• Make cold calls, set face-to-face meetings, and present insurance solutions.
• Record activities and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
