Job summary

ClearCaptions, LLC. is seeking a Territory Training & Sales Manager to install and train customers in their homes, generate referrals, and build community relationships. This in-field, full-time role is remote in the United States and reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

The position focuses on helping seniors access caption telephone services and fosters growth through partner networks. You will manage installations, educate customers, and lead local events while traveling within the region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside sales experience, Business to Business and/or Business to Consumer.
• Sales experience or work with seniors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install the ClearCaptions Phone and/or other products and connect to customers' existing services.
• Educate customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Establish relationships with retirement communities and groups in your local market.
• Create and educate consumers in Senior Events and other events.
• Build relationships with Hearing Professionals on our caption telephone services options.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies to service customers.
• Create lead-generation activities and generate referrals.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers in your territory.
• Be involved in local Senior Citizens & Hard of Hearing organizations and events.
