Job summary

ClearCaptions, LLC is seeking a Territory Training & Sales Manager to install and train customers in their homes, primarily in senior communities, and to build referrals and partnerships in the local market. This remote role offers base compensation with upside for performance in a flexible, customer-focused environment.

The position emphasizes in-home installations, customer education, and event-based lead generation, with travel and weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside sales experience, B2B and/or B2C.
• Sales experience or work with seniors preferred.
• Experience in hearing health field beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license and personal automobile.
• Ability to travel extensively by car and by air on occasion.
• Work from a local home office with high-speed Internet.
• Proficient computer skills and internet use.
• Comfortable working with seniors and disabled persons.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Excellent people and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with organizational and time management skills.”

Responsibilities

• Install the ClearCaptions Phone and other products and connect to customer services.
• Educate customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Establish relationships with retirement communities and groups in your local market.
• Create and participate in Senior Events and other events.
• Educate Hearing Professionals on our Caption Telephone services options.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Create lead-generation activities and generate referrals.
• Adapt to new responsibilities and opportunities as necessary.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers in your territory.
• Be involved with local Senior Citizens and Hard of Hearing organizations and events.
• Maintain territory records using Salesforce and other tools.
