Job summary

ClearCaptions is seeking a Territory Training & Sales Manager for Charleston, SC. This in-the-field, full-time role focuses on installing and training customers in our caption telephone service within their homes, while developing local referrals and community partnerships.

The position offers a base salary with uncapped upside, a strong benefits package, and remote/work-from-home flexibility. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and travel locally within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Work from a local home office with high-speed Internet.

Responsibilities

• Install ClearCaptions equipment in customers' homes and train users on features.
• Educate customers on device operation and service benefits.
• Establish relationships with retirement communities and local groups.
• Create, attend and educate consumers at Senior events and other community activities.
• Build awareness with Hearing Professionals about our caption telephone services.
