Job summary

ClearCaptions is seeking a Territory Training & Sales Manager to install and train customers in their homes, primarily from leads, with ongoing referrals built through community relationships.

The role is remote/work-from-home, requires extensive local travel, and offers a base salary plus an uncapped upside ranging from $75k–$80k. Benefits include auto allowance, company devices, and a comprehensive perks package.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience in B2B or B2C preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Install and train customers on ClearCaptions equipment in their homes.
• Generate referrals and build community relationships.
• Educate customers and hearing professionals about caption services and benefits.
• Maintain inventory and CRM records for territory activities.
