Job summary

ClearCaptions is hiring a Territory Training & Sales Manager to install and train customers in their homes, focusing on seniors and community outreach. This full-time role mixes in-home installations with referral development and local events, leveraging relationships with retirement communities and hearing professionals.

Remote work is supported, with travel in the region. The ideal candidate brings outside sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping seniors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside sales experience, B2B or B2C preferred.
• Sales experience with seniors is beneficial.
• Comfortable traveling and field-based work.

Responsibilities

• Install and train customers on ClearCaptions equipment in homes.
• Educate customers on phone features and benefits.
• Establish relationships with retirement communities and health providers.
• Generate referrals and build local market events.
• Maintain inventory and use Salesforce to track activities.
