Job summary

ClearCaptions, LLC is seeking a Territory Training & Sales Manager who will install and train customers in their homes, focusing on seniors and families. This in‑the‑field role involves generating referrals, building community relationships, and educating customers about caption services.

It is a remote/home-based position with travel and growth opportunities. The role offers a base salary of $45k with earnings ranging from $75k–$80k plus uncapped upside, along with benefits and allowances for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside sales experience and experience with seniors preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel in the region.
• Proficient in MS Office; comfortable with technology.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Install ClearCaptions equipment in customers' homes and train users.
• Generate referrals and build partnerships within the community.
• Educate customers on features and benefits of caption services.
• Travel extensively in the assigned region; maintain schedules in Salesforce.
• Develop leads, attend events, and grow the sales territory.
