Job summary

ClearCaptions, LLC is seeking a Territory Training & Sales Manager to install equipment in customer homes, build relationships with senior communities, and generate referrals. This is a full-time, remote position reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

You will educate customers on features, manage inventory, use Salesforce, and travel as needed within your region. The role combines hands-on installation with field sales and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience is required or preferred.
• Experience selling to seniors is advantageous.
• Ability to travel extensively in the region and by air occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Install ClearCaptions equipment in customers' homes and train users.
• Educate customers on features and benefits of caption services.
• Develop relationships with retirement communities and hearing care providers.
• Generate referrals through events and community outreach.
• Maintain territory records and use Salesforce for CRM.
