Job summary

ClearCaptions, LLC is seeking a Territory Training & Sales Manager to work with seniors by installing and educating them on ClearCaptions products. This is a remote position primarily focused on in-home customer interaction and community relationship building.

The role offers a base salary of $45k with potential earnings up to $80k, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) match, fitness reimbursement, and more. Applicants should possess outside sales experience and a passion for helping seniors.

Qualifications

• Have a valid driver's license and a personal automobile.
• Comfortable working with seniors and disabled persons.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install the ClearCaptions Phone and educate customers.
• Create lead-generation activities and generate referrals.
• Maintain customer and territory records using Salesforce.
